Job Description

Primary Role Responsibilities

  1. Build BU team and develop into a high performance business
  2. Deliver the targeted results and optimize the performance of BU Organization
  3. Prepare budgets (sales, cost operation, headcounts,) and avoid any variances etc) through establishing the necessary sale & operating plan (including a contingency plan) to achieve the budget.
  4. Ensure alignment of Indian BU strategy with global strategy
  5. Manage Key Account Strategies that are developed and decided in the global team.
  6. Develops regional pricing strategy for products and services.
  7. Conducts market analysis and business opportunity analysis for new products/applications ideas

Job Description

Primary Role Responsibilities

  1. Identify Potential Customers for Food Intolerance test product in the region.
  2. Creates and manages Regional marketing prescription plan/budget.
  3. Influence Customer via Webinar/ Personal meetings to generate prescription for the Food Intolerance tests.
  4. Work with sales to ensure business goals are achieved.
  5. Presents technical information on Omega products and serves as a technical resource with support from Marketing Manager.
  6. Conducts market analysis and business opportunity analysis for new applications ideas.
  7. Delivers presentations on products to customers and supports trade show activities, i.e. promotions development and presentations.
