What do I do now I have my results?

Delivering personalised nutrition for health

The aim of an IgG dietary elimination programme is to help reduce symptoms that may be triggered by problematic foods and to help support your body to improve tolerance to these foods once symptoms have subsided. This allows foods to then be reintroduced as part of a healthy, balanced diet and to be tolerated at a reduced intake.

Food Detective

The results are represented as a colour; white, pale, mid or strong.

Once your practitioner has carried out your test, the wells containing the foods you have reacted to will change colour depending on the reactivity.

FoodPrint

FoodPrint shows the IgG antibody response to each food represented as a numerical value and colour coded.

The former represents the concentration of IgG antibodies detected (U/mL) for each food and the colour code categorises foods as either ELEVATED, BORDERLINE or NORMAL allowing easy comprehension.
